Hi Caitlin, Mireia, Xenia, Andre, Sivan and Parsons crew,

Great to meet you guys today. Although meeting was brief I am looking forward to working with you all! Here are some housekeeping details and as you can see above all our email addresses.

Blog

Our blog domain is www.projectcoco.posterous.com to post, there are 2 ways.

1. I have enabled you all to post as contributors from your columbia email address. All you need to do is compose a post as you would an email and send it to post@projectcoco.posterous.com and it will automatically update. If you want pictures or videos, you can attach them or embed with the link. It is good visually when we look through the heap of information.

2. You can log onto our group email address 2point55@gmail.com (password: macaroons) and post from there; from there you send it to post@posterous.com simply. When you send from there, your posts will be also automatically differed to our twitter and blogspot accounts (i have them there just so we can click around and explore those tools, don't worry about having content on it too much; we are currently focusing on posterous). 

Tagging

We also have been tagging our posts so we can group things easily and find things quick. To tag, all you need to do is log onto our account on posterous (Username: 2point55@gmail.com, Password: macaroons) and edit the tags. It would be a good idea to look through the existing tags so they can bundle more easily.

Our Agenda for the week

• Each establish 4-5 areas we think are of concern and share it with all of us (you can try doing this on posterous)
  
• post inspirations and interesting tidbits onto posterous
  
• We will then divide these aspects into 5 areas and allocate each one to two members to zone in on- say by Friday.

• Their collaborations
  
• Their heritage and inspirations
  
• Their cosmetics
  

If there is anything you do not understand on what we are doing on the Parsons side please let me know, and even call me on 347 260 8320. Hope it's not overwhelming and I made myself clear. Looking forward to getting the ball rolling (we have our first meeting next friday can you believe it!) so we can prepare thoughtful questions to ask them- they seem quite vague to me to be honest!

Attached also is my notes from today for your reference. What's highlighted in bold seems to be their brief for us.
