Meeting Today

Hey team,

Constructive meeting today. Sorry for being late just finished at FW, but here's the recap of what we discussed. I will be posting this onto Wiggio also.

Posterous

  • If you post from your own email address, it will not filter onto twitter/blogspot. If you log onto our 2point55 email account and post to 'post@posterous.com' from there, it will.
  • Attach photos to your email so that it will appear visually onto the blog. 
  • Feel free to copy and paste the embed link of videos into the email, the video will come up in the post. 
  • On a weekly basis we will each be in charge of tagging everything in our posts and updating wiggio (although, if we all have a bit of spare time it would be great if we can all jump in once in a while). I suggest we elect the person for the week each time we meet on tuesday. 
  • You can tag by logging into our account on posterous. 
Questions we need to ask Chanel
  • Plans to sell online- existent? 
  • Which marketing are we focusing on? 
  • What is the reason behind taking so long to implement e-commerce?
  • Is there a particular sector they'd like to focus on? (cosmetics/perfume/rtw) 
Competitor research- best practices on the internet
  • Prada- Justine
  • Vuitton- Jodie
  • Hermes- Rob
  • American Apparel- TJ
  • Absolut- Peter
gather info and share with everybody on posterous/next time we meet.
