@momofuku ramen yesterday vs. sunac chicken 'ramen' today. Sad disposition. Needless to say, today's underwhelms.

Yesterday's in all its glory.
The chef's banter in the MNB kitchen is also very quirky to eavesdrop on also. It's almost like corridor scenes from 'West Wing' where instead of talking about political predicaments they are discoursing on the best temperature to store tomatoes.
